EP-F Flake Flooring System
U-TEK™ EP-F flooring systems are developed to provide moisture tolerant flooring options while incorporating functional flooring resins for chemical resistance, skid resistance and thermal relief. It provides an excellent solution to problem areas subject to substrate moisture, thermal changes, consistent wash downs and puddling.
Life Science Products EP-F flooring is a hybrid system composed of urethane and epoxy resins, using flake broadcast for texture and color. The initial layer is a urethane cement which is not sensitive to moisture migration through the substrate at reasonable levels. The seal coat is a chemical resistant epoxy. Concrete substrates should be checked for moisture migration using the ASTM F 1869-98 calcium chloride test prior to installation.
A cove base of 4” is standard unless otherwise specified.

EP-Q Quartz Flooring System
U-Tek™ flooring systems are developed to provide moisture tolerant flooring options while incorporating func– tional flooring resins for chemical resistance, skid resis– tance and thermal relief. It provides an excellent solution to problem areas subject to substrate moisture, thermal changes, consistent wash downs and puddling. LSP EP-Q flooring is a hybrid system composed of urethane and epoxy resins, using quartz broad cast for texture and color. The initial layer is a urethane cement which is not sensitive to moisture migration through the substrate at reasonable levels.

UV-F Flake Flooring System
U-TEK™ UV-F flooring is a hybrid flooring system com– posed of urethane, epoxy and vinyl ester resins that are styrene free. UV-F has been designed to cure within seconds. It cures so completely, the floor can be subjected to chemical exposure, moisture, and weight loads within minutes. The UV seal coat has exceptional stain resistance, will not amber, is highly impact resistant and maintains excellent thermal properties.
The initial layer is a moisture tolerant urethane cement which is not sensitive to moisture migration through the substrate at reasonable levels. Flake chips are broadcast to meet user requirements for floor color.

Pit Liner Floor and Wall System
The Moisture tolerant Urethane System Formulated for both Floors and Walls of Autoclave Pits and Trenches.
U-TEK™ Pit Liner was developed to provide moisture tolerant flooring and vertical surface application primarily in pits or trench drains. The initial layer is a urethane cement which is not sensitive to moisture migration through the substrate at reasonable levels. Quartz aggregate is broadcast to meet user requirements for surface texture and color.
The urethane seal coat functions well in wet, high temperature, locations such as autoclave pits and/or trench drains. U-TEK™ Pit Liner can also be used on flat surfaces to create sloping to the drains. It can be used as a standalone system or can be hybridized with other LSP systems to meet specific facility needs.
