The Bio/CR-3 Wall Panel System is designed for challenging conditions. Individual panels are 12mm thick. They are impervious to moisture, rigid and robust enough to be mounted directly to studs, and are finished with a smooth white, highly chemical resistant glass reinforced polymer face. The strength of the panel is its composite layering of aluminum and polymer core. It is ideally suited for high humidity and moisture environments such as cage wash, autoclave, and sterile processing rooms.

The ability to mount the Bio/CR-3 directly to studs eliminates moisture absorbing materials such as gypsum and concrete block. The individual panels have a modified “shiplap” route along the edges to ensure a consistent joint. The joint is then finished with a 100% solids LEED compliant, color matched urethane for a moisture sealed seamless looking wall.

The Bio/CR-3 is Class “A”(1) Fire Rated, has excellent impact resistance, does not promote the growth of bacteria or mold, and is non-generating for particulate matter making it ideal for BSL-3/BSL-4 labs, pharmaceutical production facilities, and animal holding research labs. Panels are available in 4’ x 8’, 4’ x 9’ and 4’ x 10’ sizes.

They are LEED friendly with over 50% recycled and recyclable content and are made and assembled in the U.S. Using the seamless joint system, it can also be installed as a hard lid ceiling.
